Happy Halloween

Erica got dressed up for Halloween this year.
She was a good witch. A Candy Corn Witch.
After she was done trick or treating she helped hand out the rest of the candy we had to give out.

Thankful Thought.

Today I am thankful for these two people in my life.

12 Years

Today is our 12 year wedding anniversary.

Birthday and Doctors and Progress Reports.

My birthday was Monday. Yes I feel old. Thanks to all my family and friends that wished me a Happy Birthday. Got my Uggs and Mike actually went to Michaels craft store with me :). Had a good dinner and some cake.

Erica had her yearly doctors visit today. She passed with flying colors. The doctor told me, that her Dad and I have raised a great girl.

Well school is in full swing. Erica got her 1st progress report. She has A's and B's. This year has been a little tougher so far, more homework, but she is doing well.

Phillies Game Sunday 6/26/2011

Mike got tickets for the Phillies game and took me. We got to see one of the best pitchers today. Roy Halladay. It was a great game. Roy pitched a complete game. The Phillies won 3-1.

Washington Zoo with the Family.

Saturday, we spent the day at the Washington Zoo. We took Erica's friend Annah with us. We got to see the baby lion cubs, an Owl ate his dinner a mouse right in front of us. We also heard the male tiger roar really loud at least that is how I explain it, he had this sound that is hard to explain. We had a great day. Rode the Metro to get there. The weather was beautiful.

Happy Mother's Day.

Wishing all the mom's,stepmom's,grandmother's a Happy Mother's Day. A special mother's day to all that are no longer with us. Missing you Veronica Malloy and Grace Landis.

I am still here, It's been forever.

Wow, guess I am a realy bad blogger. A couple of updates. It finally seems like spring :). Erica was choosen Student of The Month for March. Congrats Doots. She also made the honor roll for the 3rd straight marking period with all A's.

Halloween 2009

Mike handed out candy while I took Erica around the neighborhood. The weather was fantastic. Not cold at all, she had a great time.

This past week.

Well it has been raining cats and dogs for most of the week. It has also been very cold and ugly. If this was snow instead of rain I feel we would be snowed in by now.

Mike and I had our 10th Anniversay on Thursday. He sent me some very pretty pink roses. I will try and post pictures later, as I have to find my cord for my camera.

I am decorating the house for Halloween, this is my favorite time of the year.

Happy Birthday to ME!!!!

Yeah, it's my birthday, the Big 40 and that will be the last time I say that. But anyway having a great day. Got breakfast made by Mike and Erica and received some awesome presents.

WOW

Can't believe it is October already. I love this time of year. I will soon take my angel mother in law's pumpkin roll receipe and make some for the upcoming holidays.

Star Student of the Week

Erica was picked as the star student of the week for North Smyrna.

Less than a month.....

It will be my birthday.. will not say how old but it will be my birthday.
also... it will be our 10th wedding anniversary. People thought we would not make it, but we have proved them wrong. With alot of work and understanding throughout the years we have come this far and hope to going 100 years from now.

School.

Can't wait for school to start. 2 weeks and 3 more days. Erica is excited as well. We got the school supply list in the mail the other day and this weekend, school shopping. Hooray.
School is a little late this year as they are trying to get the additions and new construction done at the high school.
