Erica scored her first goal today in soccer. We all were so excited for her. She did awesome.

Congratulations!!!!

Erica got another great report card. A's in Reading, Science, Social Studies, and a B in Math, she was one point away from another A in math, so close, but we are proud of her.  She is doing so good in school.  Soon she will be heading to Middle School.  Her teacher's put in the comment section and I quote "Erica continues to be a pleasant student.  She is dedicated to doing her best and she should be very proud of her report card. She is a model student and is looked up to by others in her class. We are very proud of her."

April Fools Day.

The time sure has flown by, I can't believe it's the 1st of April already.
I am ready for it to be warm.  Erica had her first soccer games yesterday.  Her team did good, this was their first games they had, everyone else has had about 2 games under their belts.  They lost the first game and tied the second.

I didn't get to take any pictures due to the rainy weather, but they have several more games to play, so I will update with pictures later.

So happy for Erica, we received a letter the other day from school, asking us if we wanted Erica to be evaulated for the Honor's Program next year for 7th grade.  She was picked for all 4 Subjects. Reading, Math, Social Studies and Science.

Of course we will let her go for it.  That is a big deal and a great honor if she makes it.  Keep your fingers crossed.

Upcoming weather...

The weather is going to be so nice.  Finally.

Also Erica is now playing soccer.  She has practice two days a week. It's just a rec league they only have about 7 games, but she is having fun. Will post pics later. Oh Mike is also the Team Manager. Their squad name is the Tornadoes.

Student of the Month.

As you can see Erica received student of the Month, along with that honor she also had all A's on her report card, giving her the honor of making the Honor Roll for the second marking period.

I missed the January Challenge but am going to try and do the February, I am a little late in finding this but will start today.

We had a good day, took Erica and her friend Ashlyn to Applebees for lunch, they sang happy birthday to her. We had a great day.

Report Cards

Erica did so well on her 1st report card in 6th grade. She had 5 A's. She got 94 in all of her classes. The teachers say she is great in class, they wish we could clone her about 20 more times. I must say I am very proud of her, I hopw she continues to love school.
